What was the highlight of Grand Hotel Terminus
Central Bergen stay
Location is perfect. Staff seemed nice, breakfast OK.
Upon arrival no one mentioned about the upgraded room. That would have been a nice thing if the bed was proper double, and not the two single beds pushed together. The rooms do seem on a smaller side, hence we kept the room, instead of going for the regular double room. It would have been nice to know this in advance From the receptionist when checking in. Bathroom is really tiny even in the larger room - one can rest their head on the sink while sitting on the toilet :) Water pressure is not the best and the bathroom arrangement is not really suited for what is required at the hotel accommodation - not enough room for toiletries etc. It was too warm to sleep at night - there were no air con in the room and the windows can't be opened. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special.

Definitely will recommend and stay in my next visit to Bergen.
Front office and bar staff were exceptional. The front office staff helped with scheduling baggage to Oslo through Porterservice as it would have been today difficult for me to get on the train. Thank you so much.

Wonderful
The staff were very friendly. Very happy to help and give us lots of advice on things to do around the area
There was no plugs by the mirrors so we had to dry our hair and hope for the best.
